Help — how the system works
The system learned how the office works from existing material — emails, files, and calendars. Instead of asking long, open questions, it shows what it has already understood, and you confirm, refine, or correct it. You are the experts — the system learns from you.
Your personal link
Everyone receives a personal link. It leads only to your journey and tasks — no one else’s. Open it from a phone, tablet, or computer. Keep it private: it is your personal key.
Stop and resume
Every selection is saved immediately. Stop in the middle of a question, close everything, and return an hour or a week later — at the exact same point, even from another device. Nothing is lost, and there is no need to select "Save."
Screen types — and what to do on each one
This is our understanding. The system presents an understanding derived from the material, and you respond with one click: ✓ Accurate · ✎ Almost — I want to refine it · ✗ No — I’ll explain. There is no wrong answer; a correction is exactly what we are looking for.
Quick verification. A stack of short cards — one sentence per card, select ✓ or ✗, three seconds per card. Stop anywhere in the stack and return later.
Choice questions. Choose the best answer from the options — and there is always an "Other" choice if none is exact.
Open questions. Write freely, at whatever length is comfortable. One good line is worth more than a polite page.
Recording task. Record your screen during ordinary work, or upload an existing file. Recording starts and stops only when you act, and you review it before it is sent.
What is the path to certainty? — a collapsible line under every question that explains where the understanding came from and what supports it, for anyone who is curious.
Who can see the answers — and what is not measured
The answers go to the CERTAINTY team and office management for process discovery only. They are not used to evaluate employees and are not anyone’s score. It is also important to know what the system cannot see: it looks only at the management system, email, and calendars — most real engineering work is invisible in those channels, so no figure here measures an individual’s work.

The path and progress
At the top of your board is a line with circles: each circle is one step. A filled circle with ✓ is complete; a red ring marks the current step. Select "Continue where I left off" to return to your exact position.
A question? Ask us
Every screen includes an "A question? Ask us" button. Write to us, and Ori or Ran will answer. The response will be waiting the next time you sign in. No question is too small.
What happens to your answers
Each answer is saved as knowledge or a decision for the specification team. At the end of the journey, you will see what was saved and what it makes possible to plan. An operational change is shown only after a responsible person records that it was actually implemented.
